fluorflex Elastomer

Extreme tough and durable rubber material for high deflection applications in a wide range of chemicals.  Tested to 10-million cycles in diaphragm application!

Tubing shown is 1/4" OD with 1/8* ID.  Extremely flexible without kinking.  Can replace many other rubber and plastic materials.

We can provide some small diameter samples of tubing, or work with you to match you with a vendor to suit your requirements

Material injection molds well in a wide variety of product types and use molds made for other elastomers.

For most applications, resin is sold as a course granular material that extrudes and feed well in most machines.  This cuts down on shrinkage over pelletized grades
